Sorry it's been a couple weeks. Been a hectic little while, but I do need to write and tell you about my most recent races and how I've been doing physically during this little slump of mine. I realized that I didn't write official reports for all races this year, just the longer distance ones, with one post about two events I ran one weekend. With this in mind, I plan on writing a combined post regarding the two races I ran this past weekend and the one before as I feel the experiences need to be shared together. And the plan is to write it this weekend and finally share with you - stay tuned. I appreciate your patience and support faithful readers.
